How does maintaining routines help you gain something? What can we do for our mental health to preserve our physical health and maintain perspective in our daily lives? What effects do stressful environments have on us over time – to include our mortality?
In this episode, Dr. W. Kyle Vincent, MD, a primary care physician from Temecula, CA, joins us to discuss the physiology of stress and panic and how we can stay mentally healthy during this time of crisis. Dr. Vincent will take us deep into the physiology of the body and talk about the differences between short and long-term stress and how it is handled by different individuals, as well as some healthy daily habits for all of us who are living in quarantine, constant fear, potential grief, and anxiety about the unknown.
