David Harvey, managing principal at HV Global Consulting, joins us to discuss how current events are putting a strain on leaders trying to provide equal representation and how defunding and the loss of qualified immunity could affect the future of law enforcement. Since his days as an Army MP, David has served as, among other things, the Chief of Police for both Garden City, MI and the Detroit Metropolitan Airport; Garden City’s City Manager; and the Executive Director of the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards. His extensive background and knowledge provide valuable insight into the issues of today.
